A perfectly adequate place from which to visit Rome. The rooms are unspectacular but clean and it's not noisy. The breakfast is again perfectly passable without being anything great. I paid around €120 per night, which is about right for being close to the centre of the city, but it's the upper end of what you'd want to pay for a place like this off season. The area is pretty cool with lots of bars and restaurants and it's very close to Osiense station. All in all it did the job.

This hotel is really top! Location is close to everything, train/metro, shops, bars, restaurants. Super location! The hotel itself is extremely neat and clean. The staff are wonderful and helpful (especially, Silvia from the dining area!) Everything you need in one stay, surrounded by a super friendly staff. I truly have zero complaints. I highly recommend and will come again!!! Thank you Abitart & Silvia!

The Hotel is centrally located and is quite famous, but it is not upto the mark. Receptionist and staff were polite. All rooms are carpeted which smell sometimes, carpets should be there only when well maintained. Shape of rooms is awkward. Morning complimentary breakfast was way below the mark. Only bread and cakes were available mainly. No vegetarian option was available. After many requests to make available something vegetarian, it was not done, rather one one morning they provided us simply boiled and peeled potatoes. Restaurant was very small though it was open and so felt better. The rotating main door to lobby is dangerous. If you are not careful, it may push you violently, since it has 4 panes so very less space to stand in it. Overall, it was not worth the money

This hotel was excellent before the pandemic, with a top quality restaurant! But lack of clients / funds has translated into lack of maintenance, the colourful carpets on the floors are dark with dirt. And the restaurant has closed! The staff do their absolute best, beds are still good, and breakfast service is nice... but it takes more to remain a 4-star hotel. Worse, the streets of Rome are flooded with garbage, especially in the Ostiense area. Still worse, tagging and graffiti is all over the place, ... except in the most expensive shopping streets. How can the City council of Rome allow this decay to destroy their unique heritage?

Hotel is very quirky looking from the entrance. Good location from the metro station and in an area with lots of local bars, cafes and restaurants. Check in process was quick and easy. Room was a good size with a decent bathroom. Very dated decor and the yellow carpets were filthy. Bed quite hard but comfortable. Room was fine for 1 night but wouldn’t want to stay anymore than that. Entire room needed modernisation and a bit more love.
